2. Products & Compatibility

• GlasVault products are precision-cut tempered glass screen protectors designed for specific vehicle models
• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct vehicle model, year, and screen type
• Product images are for illustration purposes only; actual product may vary slightly
• Minor variations do not constitute a defect

3. Orders & Payment

• All prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless stated otherwise
• Full payment must be made at checkout before orders are processed
• GlasVault reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud
• In such cases, a full refund will be issued

4. Installation Responsibility

• Installation of GlasVault screen protectors is performed at the customer’s own discretion and risk
• GlasVault is not responsible for:

  • Installation errors
  • Misalignment, bubbles, or dust contamination
  • Damage caused during or after installation
  • Once installation is attempted, the product is considered used

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy
• Installed, removed, or attempted installations are non-returnable and non-refundable
• By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this condition

6. Delivery

•Delivery timelines provided are estimates only
•GlasVault is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services
•Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier
•Delivery issues are governed by our Delivery Policy

7. Warranty Disclaimer

  • GlasVault products are covered only for manufacturing defects prior to installation
  • The following are not covered under warranty:
  • Installation damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Damage caused by removal or reinstallation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• GlasVault shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product
• GlasVault is not responsible for damage to vehicle screens resulting from improper installation
