•We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or restricted areas

•GlasVault will not be responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect address details

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

•Notify us within 48 hours of receipt
•Provide clear photos of the packaging and items received
•We will investigate and arrange a replacement or resolution where applicable

Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

GlasVault shall not be liable for delivery delays once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
